As the world's busiest international airport with around 65 million passengers passing through every year, this is a big task. And with over 76,500 people working for over 320 very different companies at Heathrow, a coordinated effort is essential.

That's why we have created the Heathrow Sustainability Partnership, a group of companies working hard to make our airport - and your air travel - cleaner and greener. From the construction firms that build Heathrow, to the airlines that fly from here and everyone in between, those in the partnership will be jointly committed to improving the sustainability of their business at Heathrow.
